Do’s & Don’ts after cupping

Do:

Hydrate - fluids will help flush out the toxins released

Keep warm - cupping responds well to staying warm (not too hot or too cold)

Gentle movement - a light walk or stretch can keep circulation and avoids stiffness

Rest - you may feel tired or sore, so just rest

Don’t:

Strenuous exercise - avoid the heavy weights in the gym

Hot showers, spa or sauna - the heat can make the bruising more intense
